The Credo Group Recognised for Fast Growth Due to Workforce Mobilisation Services Says CEO Tim Brady

(PRWEB) November 18, 2009 -- A company founded by a former recruitment specialist has been named as one of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Australia by BRW Magazine’s Fast 100 companies for 2009.

The Credo Group’s 55th placed ranking is a step up after they made their debut in the 2008 BRW list at number 58.

"A move to base the business in Western Australia has enabled us to leverage off our experience with Australia’s largest retailers and to apply our learning’s and expertise to the mining sector," said Credo Group Managing Director and Founder Tim Brady.

A former accountant and national sales director for a recruitment agency, Mr Brady identified a niche in the market for workforce mobilisation services.

"We provide our clients with a solutions based service as opposed to a transactional model. Our approach has been a success, delivering our clients between 33 to 55 per cent savings on their project timelines," said Mr Brady.

Credo translates to mean trust in Latin.

“Whether it be a personal or professional relationship, if you do not have trust you have no meaningful relationship. This is all the more important in a service based industry,” Mr Brady said.

Credo is a values based organisation established on the virtues of credibility, reliability, efficiency, diligence and opportunity.

"Early on, we made the decision to provide key people within the company opportunities to take equity in the business. This has provided us with greater control and more incentive to build both themselves and the company," Mr Brady said.

Credo has been trading since 2003 and has offices in Perth and Melbourne.

“Our strengths have been demonstrated as specialists in providing quick response to retailer’s requirements for managed resources to deliver on their projects such as refurbishing their existing store network or opening new stores, we are able to take responsibility for part of a project or take complete control of project delivery. We are now successfully applying our expertise in other growth sectors such as the construction area within the resources sector,” Mr Brady said.

The Credo Group has an annual turnover of more than $20 million dollars and has experienced average growth of 60 per cent over the past three years to qualify for the ranking.

"We are the second highest ranked Western Australian business in the list and we are looking forward to further growth as the economy recovers," Mr Brady said.
